About the Department:

The Design team is responsible for creating graphic and document support for clients, including marketing and internal deck designs. The team comprises two main verticals: Graphic Design and Document Design, each with distinct roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality creative output standards, ensuring brand integrity through effective management of the design team.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in MS Office, Presentation Skills, and Adobe Suite.
  • Show ability to multitask across various job duties and adapt to feedback and suggestions.

Departmental Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the team to align them with departmental goals.
  • Ensure final artwork and layouts are visually appealing as per client branding.

Required Technical Proficiencies:

  • Expert level in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, AI tools like Canva.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premier and After Effects.

Work Experience:

A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant work experience is required.
