Remote Construction Inspector

This role involves reviewing and updating construction documents in the system to ensure completeness and accuracy. You will also maintain and update construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors.
The ideal candidate will be able to assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors and track their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, contractors, and inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.
You will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment. Additionally, you will schedule and manage site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, following up to expedite order completion.
Transparency and efficiency are key in this role, which involves notifying clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages. To be successful, you should have excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps, as well as multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have experience in US mortgage documents review process. Qualifications include being a graduate with excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
