Job Title: Digital Media Content Creator

 

As a creative and self-driven Digital Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for owning ideation, scripting, and production of engaging video content.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital media, knows what works, and is obsessed with creating thumb-stopping content that balances storytelling, trends, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research trends, analyze competitors, and pitch original video concepts tailored to the brand's niche and audience.
  • Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  • Lead the process from ideation to execution - including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
  • Write click-worthy titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  • Track video metrics and retention analytics. Make data-backed decisions to improve future content.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have your own successful YouTube channel or have scaled one for a brand/creator.
  • Can wear multiple hats - from scripting to filming to editing.
  • Have experience working with influencer/content creator teams.
  • Understand virality, trend cycles, and online culture.
