We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise systems landscape.

About the Role

This position is crucial in delivering robust solutions between ERP, WMS, and external systems—focusing on EDI file development, XML-based integration, and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical support for Epicor iScala ERP, including issue resolution, configuration, and enhancements.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI files (e.g., Orders, Invoices, ASNs) for integration with business partners.
  • Design and support system integrations between ERP, WMS, and external platforms using XML, flat files, or other structured data formats.
  • Build and execute complex MSSQL queries for data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize the O2C (Order-to-Cash) process, including Order Entry, Delivery, Invoicing, and Collection.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs, and internal teams for system alignment and issue resolution.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, SIT/UAT testing, and ongoing improvement projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, SOPs, and end-user training materials.
  • Resolve integration issues between ERP, EDI, and WMS on a daily basis.
