Job Title: AI Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Prompt Engineer to join our team.

  • This role involves designing, testing, and optimizing high-quality prompts to drive accuracy and reliability of AI models within various business use cases.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with automation teams to integrate Automation Anywhere bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows.
  • Key responsibilities include building, configuring, and deploying AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.
  • The successful candidate will partner with data scientists, RPA developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Responsibilities also include developing reusable prompt templates, prompt libraries, and best practices for large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
  • The candidate will integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enrich decision-making capabilities.
  • Maintaining agent and bot performance, troubleshooting issues, and fine-tuning prompts for continuous improvement is essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot, API integrations).
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with RPA-to-AI orchestration, including scheduling, decision-making, and exception handling.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation and agent development.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations across enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows.
