Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer to join our team. This role involves crafting compelling visual stories across digital and print channels, providing the flexibility to work remotely or collaborate with our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Visual Design Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing website content, including landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
  • Create engaging social media posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
  • Develop mobile-friendly email templates and design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
  • Design print and event collateral, including banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
  • Build professional and brand-aligned pitch decks.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in visual design for marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
Nice to Have Skills

If you also possess the following skills, it would be a bonus:

  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
