Visual Creative Specialist Job Description

This role involves designing visual assets across digital and print media, requiring collaboration with various teams to achieve compelling designs that communicate client stories and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create powerful visuals including logos, brand identities, social media content, websites, packaging, print materials, and advertising campaigns by translating briefs.
  • Work closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to ensure design alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients while ensuring consistency in branding.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable through creative problem-solving.
  • Produce high-quality, production-ready files for both digital and print outputs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with familiarity with Figma or similar tools being a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Able to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills; able to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital formats (social media, web) and print production.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a bonus.
