Senior Enterprise Application Architect

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to drive the modernization and decoupling of legacy enterprise portals and web applications.

  • Lead technical planning, design, and execution of application separation activities.
  • Refactor and migrate Struts-based web applications ensuring compatibility and scalability in new deployment environments.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to transition workloads from shared to entity-specific hosting.
  • Manage deployment and configuration of WebSphere and JBoss across multiple environments.
  • Troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and provide hands-on support in resolving production incidents.
  • Ensure secure, role-based access control, data partitioning, and user experience continuity during and after separation.
  • Guide offshore/onshore development teams and enforce coding and platform standards.

Requirements: 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and platform support; 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Portal Server, Strong experience with JBoss Application Server and Struts Framework.
