Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Architect to spearhead the design and delivery of innovative AI-powered lending solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect AI-powered lending workflows that integrate with our core platform
  • Develop and implement NLP-based solutions for document ingestion, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure AI-readiness of our data infrastructure
  • Manage model lifecycles, including evaluation, bias checking, and retraining
  • Presentation of AI concepts, prototypes, and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and business-oriented manner

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of total experience, with at least 3 years hands-on in AI/ML development and architecture
  • Proven track record integrating AI APIs and deploying GenAI-driven features into production
  • Experience with NLP workflows, including document ingestion, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis
  • Strong grasp of AI orchestration, including building multi-step workflows combining APIs, prompts, and business rules
  • Hands-on coding ability (Python strongly preferred for AI, familiarity with JS/TS for integration a plus)

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience in fintech or lending platforms
  • Experience with vector databases, RAG patterns, and prompt engineering
  • Three AI features shipped to production in 12 months

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with AI trends and recommending new tools and techniques to accelerate delivery or improve accuracy
