Job Summary:

The Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Architect will play a key role in driving the alignment of technology and business strategy at TTEC. This executive-level position will leverage technology investments to optimize end-to-end business processes associated with technology, improving the competitive position of TeleTech businesses through technology-enabled processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define industry-leading designs in infrastructure technologies, including VoIP and SIP architectures, virtualization, VDI, LAN/WAN, Security, Storage, public and private cloud, mobility solutions, and security platforms.
  • Design large-scale cloud-based infrastructures that meet the needs of TTEC's clients.
  • Develop effective IT Service Delivery Models that incorporate new technologies and services into day-to-day operations, ensuring a world-class service experience.
  • Support internal business units, technology teams, and individuals in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions.
  • Communicate strategic knowledge relating to infrastructure technology trends and solutions that meet user needs and network requirements.
  • Assume leadership positions to drive consistent and consolidated technology solutions, understanding the company's business plan, functional areas, and associated technologies.
  • Coordinate business unit technology direction and drive alignment related to technology and services.
  • Construct infrastructure technology roadmaps that are confirmed through cost-benefit analysis and alignment with technology standards and roadmaps.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to engineering teams on topics related to infrastructure technologies.
  • Maintain external vendor relationships to leverage and influence technology decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale carrier WAN infrastructures, including software-defined networking (SDN).
  • Demonstrated fluency and understanding of contact center technology environments.
  • In-depth design skills of next-generation communications, including SIP-VoIP/Digital Voice and large-scale ACD architectures.
  • Experience with cloud-delivered services, including CCaaS/UCaaS, IaaS.
  • Experience in the analysis, design, and planning phases of technology-related projects.
  • Experience selecting technology paths and designing initiatives.
  • Proficient at partnering with others to build and maintain technology strategy and performance models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
