Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of test automation frameworks, specifically Selenium, C#, and Java. Strong familiarity with Python, CI/CD tools, Page Object Model (POM) framework, API Automation, and Git/GitHub is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Design and implement efficient test data management strategies to reduce test execution time.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team by implementing new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of testing procedures and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in test automation, preferably with a focus on software quality assurance.
  • Expertise in Selenium, C#, and Java for test automation.
  • Familiarity with Python, CI/CD tools, POM framework, API Automation, and Git/GitHub.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a QA team.

Location: Any location within India (Note: Must be willing to relocate to any city within the country)
