We're seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating captivating social media graphics, developing clear visual narratives, and analyzing performance metrics to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging daily social media graphics for Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all platforms.
  • Develop data-driven visual narratives that inform and engage audiences.
  • Support motion graphics and video creation to enhance storytelling.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized library of design assets.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in social design for consumer brands or media (finance/fintech is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Instagram-first work and proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC.
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere for motion graphics and comfort with data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of typography and layout fundamentals with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple briefs, and deliver high-quality output on deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and working knowledge of Hinglish tone for culturally relevant content.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for WhatsApp campaigns and YouTube thumbnails that drive CTR.
  • Knowledge of AI/automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Basic illustration skills for creating simple, on-brand characters/icons.
  • Understanding of Indian tax/personal finance content and what drives shares.

  • Production velocity: quality output per week without rework.
