Mortgage Origination Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Origination Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mortgage origination department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the activities of junior loan officers (JLOs) and other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of mortgage loans.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the mortgage origination process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of mortgage loan processing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on mortgage origination procedures and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to mortgage loan processing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in mortgage origination, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
