Job Description

This role is responsible for leading and executing change management initiatives to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organizational impact, identify key stakeholders, and develop communication plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adapt to change.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and executives to ensure effective change sponsorship.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
