Job Overview
As a Mid-Level Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for supervising administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within our educational network. This is a challenging role that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to maintain efficient office functioning.
- Coordinate and execute various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing communications.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage office supplies inventory to ensure availability.
- Handle queries and ensure seamless communication between students, parents, and staff.
