The position involves leading a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, providing technical guidance on Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs, and ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of Salesforce experience, at least 2 years in a leadership role, and proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

Familiarity with nonprofit or CDFI sectors, donor management tools, financial systems, Agile project management methodologies, and DevOps tools is highly desirable.
