We are seeking a seasoned program manager to lead enterprise application programs that leverage GenAI use cases in production environments. This role requires hands-on experience delivering GenAI/LLM solutions into live systems, not just strategy or support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end execution of GenAI/LLM initiatives for successful live deployment
  • Delivering use cases such as RAG-based search, AI assistants, and workflow automation within enterprise systems
  • Managing large-scale application portfolios across functions
  • Collaborating with engineering, data, and architecture teams to integrate AI into core business platforms
  • Overseeing stakeholder governance, change enablement, and enterprise-wide adoption
  • Ensuring all GenAI solutions are production-grade, secure, and scalable

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in enterprise program management, a strong understanding of GenAI system architecture, and proven leadership skills working across business, data, engineering, and platform teams.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Demonstrated experience delivering at least one GenAI/LLM solution into production in an enterprise setting
  • Strong understanding of GenAI system architecture: RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, Langchain or equivalent
  • Proven leadership working across business, data, engineering, and platform teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and governance skills
