Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance Java applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in designing and building complex systems, with a strong understanding of big data technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the evolution of our data and recommendation platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing high-performance Java applications using Spring framework
  • Contributing to the architecture and evolution of our platform using development best practices
  • Ensuring high-quality code and participating in code reviews
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintaining attention to detail and continuously looking for opportunities to improve performance and quality

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Java development
  • Exceptional Java application development skillset with full stack experience of Spring framework, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, Ajax, CSS
  • Experience with big data technologies like S3, Kinesis, Snowflake, Spark, Redis, Aerospike, Elastic
  • Strong understanding of system design patterns and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
