Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Developer to join our team at Srishti Innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom Odoo modules and applications.
  • Implement database migrations and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo framework and architecture.
  • Develop and maintain Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Odoo development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Solid understanding of the Odoo framework and architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
