The Role

  • Design and develop high-quality motion graphics that meet our brand's style guidelines.
  • Work closely with our product and social teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with our founding and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of motion design into our overall strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent motion branding style across all our platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and video editing.

What We Value

  • 1–2+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (strong reels/portfolio > years worked)
  • A natural instinct for storytelling and pacing in video content.
  • Solid grasp of design principles: typography, colour, spacing, and composition.
  • Ownership mindset with clear communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, startup environment.
