We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychology Teacher to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of psychology and the ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lessons in accordance with the designed program, corporate strategy, and guidelines.
  • Be prepared for each lesson plan by reading through plans and attending relevant workshops.
  • Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan, utilizing various teaching aids, resources, activities, and assignments listed in the plan.
Student Administration:
  • Inculcate discipline in and out of the classroom.
  • Gear teaching to the needs of all students, considering their interests, handicaps, special talents, individual styles, and pace of learning.
Classroom Functioning:
  • Perform daily duties such as filling up records, checking student diaries, and correcting class work, home work sheets, and assessment papers on time.
  • Give quality and structured feedback to students.
Special Events:
  • Organize and implement special events of the school.
General Administration:
  • Maintain records such as log books, academic calendars, guardian files, student portfolios, attendance registers, report cards, internal mark record sheets, and school diary.
  • Assist the coordinator in maintaining and updating records related to events, extracurricular activities, and inter-house competitions.
