The Opportunity

  • We are seeking a seasoned audit leader with a deep understanding of NBFC and asset management regulations.
  • This high-accountability role involves shaping governance, mitigating risk, and influencing strategic decisions.
Job ResponsibilitiesAudit Strategy & Governance
  • We need you to define and execute a risk-based internal audit charter aligned with our business model and regulatory obligations.
  • You will present annual audit plans, key findings, and risk themes to the Audit Committee and senior leadership.
Functional Leadership
  • This role involves leading enterprise-wide audits across credit, treasury, operations, digital platforms, compliance, and IT systems.
  • Drive thematic reviews such as fraud risk, third-party risk, and operational resilience.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Oversight
  • Monitor adherence to RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory frameworks.
  • Proactively assess the control environment against regulatory expectations and emerging risks.
Technology-Enabled Auditing
  • Leverage audit automation, data analytics, and continuous control monitoring tools.
  • Evaluate cybersecurity, IT general controls, and digital finance platforms from an assurance perspective.
Investigations & Special Reviews
  • Lead or support fraud investigations, whistleblower reviews, and conflict-of-interest audits.
  • Maintain independence while driving actionable outcomes from forensic reviews.
People Leadership
  • Buid and mentor a high-performing internal audit team.
  • Champion audit upskilling, cross-training, and embedding a culture of constructive challenge and accountability.
