Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple transitions, executing projects from initiation to closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage active transitions as assigned.
  • Act as the customer's single point of contact for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Support projects as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Drive governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the transitions team.
  • Participate in assessments to gauge training needs and develop solutions.
  • Understand strategic business objectives and facilitate project scope definition.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of transition solutions.
  • Identify and define business cases; develop project plans and resource requirements.
  • Couple process migration with IT implementation.
  • Optimize transition methodologies.
  • Manage risk; understand business and operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Create project management documents including status reports and knowledge transfer documentation.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis and support solutioning for new bids.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in BPO/BPM.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in transition management.
