Job Title: Guest Service Representative

">Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and welcoming each walk-in with warmth and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, providing information, directing visitors, engaging in customer service, and answering incoming calls in a timely and accurate manner.

Cash handling experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the needs of patients and customers and extend assistance as required.
  3. Perform OP registration/IP Registration, old OP registration/renewal efficiently.
  4. Issue files to corresponding sections promptly.
  5. Arrange trolleys, wheelchairs, etc. for patients' convenience.
  6. Provide clear directions and guidance to patients.
  7. Maintain updated records of doctors'/visiting doctors' information.
  8. Maintain extension numbers for each section.
  9. Maintain phone numbers of doctors/staff/other hospitals with specialty/essential services.
  10. Perform IP registration accurately.
  11. Coordinate room arrangements for IP patients.
  12. Maintain up-to-date information on room availability.
  13. Handle customer inquiries promptly.
  14. Prepare bills for lab tests (and discharge bills) in a timely manner.
  15. Maintain up-to-date patient information.
  16. Coordinate patient discharges smoothly.
  17. Manage inward and outward communication effectively.
  18. Maintain records related to diet indents, general supplies, drugs, surgical consumables, ward equipment, etc.
  19. Follow up on routine ward activities regularly.
  20. Ensure cleanliness of various sections.
  21. Implement effective waste management in wards.
  22. Enhance patient satisfaction in nursing services.
  23. Assist with other responsibilities assigned by superiors.
