We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Officer to join our team at Aurangabad, Bihar. As a key member of our infrastructure projects team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure project success.

About the Role:

• First Class Degree in Safety Engineering or relevant field; alternatively, a degree in any engineering discipline with a 1-year diploma in Safety Management, Fire Fighting, or Industrial Safety.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on safety management and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential hazards, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
2. Develop and implement effective safety procedures, guidelines, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of safety measures into project plans.
4. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
