Job Title: AI/ML Specialist – Advanced GenAI Models

Role Overview:

The role of an AI/ML specialist involves developing cutting-edge machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML solutions using large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to achieve seamless model performance.
  • Implement and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms for efficient data processing.
  • Develop APIs and services to integrate AI solutions into production systems, ensuring a high level of integration efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and accuracy, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in GenAI, NLP, and ML to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including use of popular libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
  • Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and RAG frameworks for effective model development.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for efficient data management.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms for improved model accuracy.
  • Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) for streamlined solution integration.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and ML workflows for optimized solution development.
