Lead Data Science Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering their growth and expertise.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning. They will also have a strong understanding of the credit risk lifecycle, from origination to debt collection in the lending domain. Additionally, they will have proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL, ML algorithms, big data concepts, and cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solving powerhouse with high emotional intelligence, a can-do attitude, and a creative approach to solving problems. They will be a self-starter who takes ownership, drives projects with minimal guidance, and focuses on high-impact work.

Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience in collections and digital channels, big data and cloud computing, and prior credit risk and credit score domain experience.
