Job Title: Analog Mixed Signal Macro Timing Characterization Engineer

Our team is looking for an experienced engineer to characterize Analog Mixed Signal macros, extract Analog - Digital interface timing models, and correlate timing model data to Hspice simulations for accuracy checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing accurate timing models for AMS macros in multiple formats as required.
  • Reviewing path, topology etc. reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implementing methodology and flow improvements using automation techniques.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience in library characterization for AMS macros.
  • Experience with NanoTime and a solid understanding of timing fundamentals.
  • Desirable skills include Hspice/Spectre simulator experience and proficiency in Shell/Perl/TCL or Python programming languages.
  • The ideal candidate will be organized, methodical, and possess effective communication skills.
