We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advocate/Associate IPR to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Bangalore branch, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to our standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow our client base and enhance our market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate business leads.
• Develop and implement strategies for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Advise clients on IP portfolio management including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
