">The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing new relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on bank products and services.

- Contribute to the penetration of liabilities business in rural markets through lead generation, account penetration, and relationship deepening as per customer needs.">
- Maintain an average monthly balance of customer relationships and ensure completion of account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms.">
- Engage customers with multiple products at the time of account opening and constantly maintain the health of customer accounts.">
- Provide superior customer service to capture larger wallet share of the population and execute resolution of customer queries and issues.">
- Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A Graduation degree from any recognized university.">
- At least 2 years of relevant branch banking experience.">
