Medical Education Counselor

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical education counseling and excellent communication skills.

\

You will be responsible for guiding students through the process of studying medicine abroad, including application management and post-registration support.

Key Responsibilities:

    • \
    • Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.\
    • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student goals.\
    • Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, or in-person sessions.\
    • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions.\
    • Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing.\
    • Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.\
    • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation.\
    • Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families.\
    • Resolve last-mile queries before departure.\
    • Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad.\
    • Act as a liaison between students and universities.\
    • Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.\
    • Maintain student records, metrics, and reports.\
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey.\
