We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic), developing advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility, and translating complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.To achieve this, you will partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies. You will conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization, as well as mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels• Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks• Translate complex data into strategic recommendations• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies• Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven cultureRequirements:• 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles• Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Ads• Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL• Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes• Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders
