Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to develop effective marketing collateral and manage content programs with demonstrated business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Writing, editing, and fact-checking marketing content before publishing it to the web;
  • Content Strategy: Developing effective and creative marketing collateral, such as blogs, landing pages, white papers, eBooks, and other web content;
  • Client Collaboration: Working closely with account management staff to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Content Optimization: Updating and improving our existing content to make it on-brand, SEO-friendly, and up-to-date;
  • Content Approval: Coordinating content approvals from a set of stakeholders;
  • Content Development: Writing creative blog posts, e-mails, newsletters, and articles for business audiences in collaboration with our Content Marketing Manager;
  • Sales Enablement: Working with sales enablement to create product briefs, one-pagers, presentations, and other sales materials;
  • Content Strategy Execution: Planning and executing an effective content strategy;
  • Content Management: Working with our content management system to publish, edit, and update content;
  • Content Analytics: Using data and insights to improve engagement metrics;
  • Collaboration: Leading in a collaborative environment and communicating effectively with professional assertiveness to drive decision making and alignment;
  • Editorial Skills: Possessing superior editorial and written skills, with a proven track record of creating and managing content programs;
  • Time Management: Working in a deadline-driven environment and being extremely proactive with a goal/results-driven orientation;
  • Professionalism: Being a consummate professional with experience in a collaborative environment, a quick learner, self-motivated, and an eye for details;
Requirements:
  • Learning Ability: Open to learning new software platforms, such as Google Analytics and Zoho;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Education: BS/MS degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or any other related field preferred;
  • Experience: 3+ years experience in a similar role;
  • Language Skills: Excellent native (or native-level) English writing skills;
  • Business Results: Proven track record creating and managing content programs with demonstrated business results;
  • Collaboration: Ability to lead in a collaborative environment;
  • Data Analysis: Ability to use data and insights to improve engagement metrics;
  • Digital Content Tools: Working knowledge of digital content engagement tools a plus;
  • Editorial Skills: Superior editorial and written skills;
  • Proactivity: Extremely proactive with a goal/results-driven orientation;
  • Professionalism: A consummate professional with experience in a deadline-driven environment, a quick learner, self-motivated, and an eye for details;
  • Editing and Proofreading: 3-plus years of experience in professional editing and proofreading;
