Financial Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling cash and cheque collections, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, and maintaining petty cash and preparing daily cash reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP, and be able to assist with accounts payable and receivable processes. They will also be responsible for reconciling daily cash, bank, and ledger balances, and maintaining proper records for invoices, vouchers, and receipts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year of experience preferred
  • Driving license preferred
