Senior Market Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Analyst to conduct in-depth analysis of the power utilities sector. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for translating qualitative insights into quantitative data, incorporating findings into financial models to assess potential impacts on company margins and valuations.

  • You will work closely with the Lead Analyst/ Head of Research to support new stock initiations and contribute to generating fresh stock ideas; research is published exclusively for institutional investors.
  • You will create, maintain, and update data in financial models, along with tables and graphs that clearly illustrate the information.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of valuable techniques and financial modeling, as well as 4-7 years of relevant experience in the power industry or on the sell-side.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Strong understanding of financial domain and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good report writing skills.
