We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to work on diverse client projects. This is an opportunity to join a fully remote, flexible work environment and collaborate with a small team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, native-level English proficiency, and strong problem-solving abilities. They should be proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL, and experience with page builders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate Figma designs into functional WordPress websites, including themes, templates, and components.
  • Ensure all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and true to design.
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver on timelines.
  • Manage deployments, troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches.
  • Debug, test, and fix errors efficiently while maintaining clean, modular code.
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Work with plugins, integrations, and occasional custom development using PHP/MySQL and APIs.
  • Communicate progress regularly and respond promptly to team messages.
Requirements & Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native-level English for clear communication.
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress, Figma, and basic knowledge of Drupal Commerce.
  • Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL, and experience with page builders.
  • Deployment skills, Git or version control familiarity, and project management tool knowledge.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with animations or micro-interactions from Figma.
