Financial Accountant Role

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. This role includes the use of accounting software and the application of finance principles to maintain accurate financial records and support decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and management of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handling end-to-end accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  • Overseeing payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Supporting internal and external audits as required.
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports to management, offering insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using various accounting software.
