Job Opportunity: Lead AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions using OpenAI, Claude, and other Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
  • Cultivate strong expertise in Python programming and API development, including REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Apply a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including model selection, evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, bias mitigation, and interpretability.
  • Work on MLOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, leveraging tools like AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
  • Utilize popular AI frameworks, such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Design efficient data pipelines using AWS Glue, Data Factory, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Implement agentic AI principles, including LLMs, memory, reasoning, tool use, and autonomy, as applied in AiDE Agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML and software development, with at least 2 years in Generative AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and API development.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and their applications.
  • Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries.
  • Ability to design and implement efficient data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI principles and their implementation.
