Job Title: Resource Management Coordinator

As a Resource Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources across multiple projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage resource utilization to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and ensure data integrity in resource management systems.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Support forecasting resource demand and resolving conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.
  • Ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4+Years of Experience in Resource Management
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Resource Management Tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Multitask and Manage Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment
