Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a diligent and meticulous finance professional to manage share transfers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes and maintain accurate records of share ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire process of share transfers
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Partners' Books Maintenance:
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records and books of partners
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners
  • Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation as needed
Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present actionable findings to management
Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations
  • Assist in establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance
  • Provide support for finance-related projects as required
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
