**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Lepton Software. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key players and championing new opportunities via research, cold calling, emails, and B2B sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultant and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for Lepton's products and solutions.
- Consistently improve the quality of the customer experience with Lepton.
- Review and evolve the collections process at Lepton, oversee, and organize every interaction between the customer and Lepton.
- Connect with relevant business owners/managers and assist them in business operations.
- Deliver service improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage the end-to-end process of hunting, pitching, providing solutions, and executing large long-tail clients.
- Responsible for qualified lead generation and development of a healthy sales funnel.
- Develop a pipeline and create a consistent flow of interested prospects.
Qualifications & Skillset:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory. An MBA in Marketing would be an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in lead gen, domestic market, excellent written, and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Prior experience in IT software company work experience is desirable.
- International calling experience.
- Preferred female candidates.
- Knowledge about LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
