Interior Designer Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to join our studio. Our team transforms spaces into experiences, creating elegant residences, vibrant offices, stylish retail and hospitality spaces that blend imagination with precision.

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer who can create high-quality technical drawings and design documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design visualization software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software.
  • Creating high-quality technical drawings and design documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.
  • Translating client requirements into visual concepts that clearly communicate the design intent and functionality.
  • Maintaining organized design files and ensuring all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.

The candidate must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Industrial Design (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in architectural/interior design, project coordination, or related field.
  • Proven track record in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and layouts tailored to client requirements.
  2. Clearly communicate the design intent and highlight functional, aesthetic, and budgetary considerations.
  3. Incorporate client feedback systematically and refine proposals to achieve design alignment and satisfaction.
  4. Facilitate approval processes by providing professional and persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design visualization software.
  • Ability to maintain organized design files and ensure all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
