Automation Test Engineer

The ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated, proactive, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong passion for automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Automation Strategy & Execution: Develop automated test scripts using Python and Selenium to ensure high-quality software solutions.
  • Test Automation Framework Development: Build and manage robust test automation frameworks from scratch or by extending existing ones.
  • API Testing: Conduct comprehensive API testing to guarantee the reliability and functionality of backend services.
  • Performance Testing: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using knowledge of performance testing concepts and tools.
  • CITCD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Agile Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other QA team members within agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
  • Python Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python programming for writing automation scripts.
  • Selenium Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Proven experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • API Testing Tools: Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, or libraries in Python.
  • Performance Testing Knowledge: Knowledge of performance testing concepts and tools.
  • CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an agile development environment.
