Our team is seeking Psychologists to join us on a structured student wellness initiative in West Bengal. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to combine counseling expertise with proactive engagement, fostering a culture of openness, empathy, and resilience on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis.
- Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
- Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
- Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
- Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
- Have experience working with youth/academic mental health, or a strong interest in this field.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
- Be comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
- Be fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
