Job Title: Data Information Manager

  • A data information manager is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining accurate material master data in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Creation, maintenance and management of material master data within ERP systems like SAP to ensure consistency and accuracy across regions.
  • Maintaining high quality standards of master data by monitoring and suggesting necessary adjustments and improvements.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and coordinate master data input ensuring seamless integration and flow.
  • Contribution to the development of data governance policies and procedures to meet organizational goals and timelines.
  • Effective collaboration and support provided to Supply Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality Teams to enhance overall performance and productivity.
  • Drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient data handling practices.
  • Ensuring that master data processes are carried out according to SOPs and best practices.
  • Provision of training and guidance to colleagues to guarantee timely delivery and response times.
  • Utilization of Novonesis tools including SAP, Promis, WERCS, and MS Office to optimize data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in transactional experience with SAP ERP or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with Analytics for Office (AAO) for extracting data from SAP.
  • Data modeling skills and ability to work effectively with large datasets.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with users regarding Master Data Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Experience:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience working with SAP ERP or MDG.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with SAP ECC/S/4 Hana Module is a plus.
