Job Description- This is a full-time on-site Senior Accounting Manager role at Balanced Ledger Solutions.
- All accounting work will be exclusively for clients based in the United States.
- Oversee a team of bookkeepers and manage multiple client accounts on a monthly basis.
- Manage Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss reports for multiple companies, ensuring accurate recording of fixed assets and liabilities.
- Strong understanding of US accounting procedures and tax laws.
- Experience with financial statement preparation and fixed assets management in accordance with US IRS standards.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent time management abilities.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with fluency in English.
- At least 5 years of experience working in US-based accounting, with thorough knowledge of all phases of the accounting process.
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks.
