Program Coordinator Role

We are seeking dynamic and committed individuals to support our existing and upcoming skill development programs across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of skill training programs at multiple centers.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  • Engage with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • Deep understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
  • Self-driven with ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines.
