Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive engineering excellence and lead a squad of senior engineers in developing business-critical platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, SQL/NoSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.

They will design, build, and tune microservices, event pipelines, distributed caches, and cloud-native deployments.

Responsibilities include owning architecture, delivery, and ownership of payment, catalog, logistics, and growth services handling tens of thousands of requests per second.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of production software experience
  • 3+ years in a staff/principal or tech-lead capacity
  • Deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, SQL/NoSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP
