Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data engineers, analysts and scientists to connect with internal and external stakeholders, gather data artifacts, create project plans and optimize clusters for data science workflows.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to ingest data effectively, assure data quality and carry out exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
  • Define performance metrics, research existing solutions and create optimized data models to query relevant data efficiently.
  • Run machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms, optimize and validate models and integrate them into client ecosystems.
  • Document project artifacts, log failures and exceptions and measure the impact of data science projects on business metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics or applied mathematics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python's numerical and AI frameworks.
  • Experience using large language models including Llama, T5, Falcon and Langchain.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing evolution from traditional language models to modern large language models.
  • Comfortable interpreting research papers and architecture diagrams of language models.
