Job Title: NVH Engineer - Vehicle Body Stiffness Specialist

We are seeking an experienced NVH Engineer to join our team as a Vehicle Body Stiffness Specialist. This role will focus on developing vehicle body stiffness, noise, and vibration performance using Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE).

Job Responsibilities:
  • To develop advanced technologies for vehicle body stiffness, noise, and vibration performance using CAE.
  • Perform parameter studies using commercially available CAE software based on the Finite Element Method (FEM) model of the vehicle.
  • Analyze results, compile reports, and provide feedback to model development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, secure, and comfortable vehicles meet customer expectations.
  • Lead team expansion and talent management initiatives.
  • Develop leadership skills and implement skill enhancement plans for team members.
Key Skills/Competencies:
  • Advanced knowledge of materials science and mechanics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB/Simulink, Excel, and other numerical computing software.
  • Statistical analysis expertise for data interpretation.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
